My name is Humza Lala, and I was born in Redmond, Washington. Growing up, I was surrounded by tech and constant innovation. I saw the rise of touch-screen phones and laptops, voice and facial recognition, smart-home technology, wireless accessories, and much more. All of these innovations facinated me, and I was contantly wondering how they worked. This facination led me to discover the field of tech and software and all the possibilites it enables. I am currently a CSE student and undergraduate teaching assistant at the University of Washington, Seattle.
